European Union disdain

Reader comment on item: Israel is Winning

It is still beyond comprehension that Palestinian mothers and fathers send their children, strapped with bombs, to kill innocent, unsuspecting pedestrians. What is even more difficult to understand is the lack of condemdation from Western European nations. Casting the murder of innocents as acts of desperation instead of condemning Palestinian Authority involvement of responsiblity for many of the acts borders on criminal behavior itself.

Taxpayers of the European Union and the United States should rise up in anger that monies sent to the Palestinian Authority are being used to promote terror and instill and indoctrinate grade school pupils with hatred of Jews first, and Western values second. Where is that anger? Are democratic governments so sure of their policy of aiding and providing support of the Palestinian Authority that they do not fear its citizens anger? Is the hatred of Jews so sublime even in the Western countries that there is no outcry from citizens of democratic countries concerning these misspent funds? One should wonder.
