The threat to America from radical Islam

Reader comment on item: Muslim Soldiers in the West, Criticized by their Communities

Submitted by Bob Jack (United States), Nov 8, 2009 at 10:24

The tragic mass murder on Thursday, November 5,2009 at Ft. Hood, Texas is a devastating reminder that Americans face the lethal threat of radical Islam both at home and abroad! Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan shouted "Allah akbar" as he systematically murdered 13 Americans on the post at Fort Hood, Texas in a rampage on Thursday, November 5,2009. Maj. Hasan survived the massacre and is in stable condition.

America must wake up! We are at war with radical Islam and its sympathizers. The radical Muslim population has taken root in our daily lives and our institutions. It is "politically incorrect" in the liberal's world to acknowledge this lethal reality and the devastating consequences that it means for America.

It is estimated that there are now 7 million Muslims in America. The significant expansion of radical Islam in the world brings with it serious consequences. Everywhere Muslim populations grow there are demands that local cultures change to incorporate fundamental Islamic doctrines. Radical Islam neither adapts to nor tolerates diversity. Radical Islam demands that those with differing beliefs conform, be silenced, or that the holders of these diverse values and beliefs ("infidels") be eliminated. Maj. Hasan's rampage is a stark reminder of this reality!
