It's funny when a Moslem starts talking about 'understanding'. Here is the Islamic theory of understanding for beginners :

A kafir doesn't understand. A Moslem understands. Allah understands better.

The Islamic theory of understanding for advanced learners refines the initial theory :

A kafir doesn't understand. A Moslem understands but a Moslem from the right/stronger sect understands better. Allah understands best.

So, ibn Masud, which Moslem sect do you belong to ?
