Hypocrisy of the Palestinians

Reader comment on item: Accept Israel as the Jewish State?

Daniel Pipes has surpassed his usual brilliance with this article.

There is absolutely no argument left for support of a Palestinian state.

The hypocrisy of the Palestinians in wanting a Palestinian state but refusing to formally accept a Jewish state seems to explain alot. For example, why they have not eliminated nor even headed in the direction of eradicating terrorism (including Hamas), directed toward Israel, within their own populations.

Arab and Muslim hatred for Jews and a Jewish State. Palestinians epitomize this, are not afraid to articulate this; they raise their children to believe in this.

Daniel Pipes writes, "Until the Palestinians formally accept Zionism, then follow up by ceasing all their various strategies to eliminate Israel, negotiations should be halted and not restarted. Until then, there is nothing to talk about."

I whole-heartedly agree.

However, it's my opinion that nothing short of total defeat of the Palestinians after a long, bloody war in which Israel would be the overwhelming victor would lead to Palestinian recognition and acceptance of the Jewish state.

Absent that, the Palestinian Terrorist Machine will never accept a Jewish state, will continue to spawn terrorists, and vile hatred, and that however much the modern world wants to attribute noble aspiration, the only aspiration at the heart of the PLO is the elimination and therefore the destruction of the Jewish state.

Palestinians are the enemies of the Jewish state. I don't know how much more plainly this can be revealed than by the leadership of the Palestinians refusing to accept the very existence of the Jewish state of Israel.
