Reader comment on item: Salvaging the Iraq War
in response to reader comment: How to save Iraq

Submitted by ahmazafire (United States), Jul 28, 2007 at 15:18

As a muslims I follow the koran and my faith. Which works hand in hand with the constitution to many who maybe suprised but My experience with this war is

1. HOW DID A COUNTERATTACK FROM 911 GO TO IRAQI FREEDOM?.

2. BEING OVER THERE THIS LONG IS THE REASON WHY MORE INNOCENT IRAQIS AND US TROOPS DIE.

Many people don't know that this pit of a wasteland we call iraq is the center of all faiths, jews, christians, muslims alike. It is the birth place of Abraham/Ibraham (PBUH) THE FATHER OF ALL THREE MAJOR MONOTHESIS RELIGIONS. As a U.S. soldier i fight for my faith and my nation, but this war is far out of hand. I cant see how i will ever end. Known in saying this... the war on terrorism may end for name sake or iraqi freedom, enduring freedom but the war between man will never end.

There will always be differences that people think they should fight for rather then come to some type of agreement. Unforunately i think the people in this land have been fighting for so long. It will take longer for it to stop. It's the human way violence....NOT JUST JIHADIST OR IRAQIS, BUT ALL.
