I agree that warfare is changing. In the western world (we here in America and elsewhere in Israel and Britian) we finally realized that the best way to find peace is to make our former enemies our staunchest allies. (i.e. Japan) No wars are ever humane, but sometimes necessary. The aftermath however, must be humane or we will be fighting the same war again next generation. Now if we only could convince some of the other nations of the common sense of this approach.
