Bush on Israel-Heartburn for all
Reader comment on item: Bush on Israel: Heartburn for All

Dear Mr. Pipes,

This is a very good article about Bush's confusing statement. I am a registered republican, here in the City of Philadelphia, and I address this issue with President Bush on a consistent basis, at least once a week. He is due to hear from me today, since there was another terrorist attack in Israel this morning.

I can personally tell you, that once I heard President Bush address the issue of a Palestinian State, I immediately wanted to become a registered Democrat. I detest ANYONE who walks both sides of the fence OR talks out of both sides of their mouth. Unlike you, I doubt America will stand by the only ally in the Middle East, Israel.

What very few people understand is that Jordan is ALREADY a Palestinian State. The right of return these murdering Arabs should have, and what should be on the agenda of outside concerns, is FORCING all these Nations to take their refugees back. There is no need for another Palestinian state and no need for America to fund the attacks against Israelis. Since the Oslo Accords, which I was totally against as I watched in horror while America and Israelis signed this accord with the serial killer, Arafat. Since then, America, under the supervision of President William Clinton, FUNDED these murdering Arabs to the tune of 1.5 million a year. Once the bombings started and it was clear that these murdering Arabs were using American monies to strap bombs to themselves, to attack our ONLY ally, these funds should have stopped. I cannot find positive proof this has stopped. The January dead line to toss Arafat from power has come and gone. The murders still continue and America continues to allow more Aarabs in our Nation and at this point, I don't want them here. I don't want them being educated here to cause problems at our Universities and causing civil unrest and I don't want them here to vote or affect change in our political system and I don't want them here to murder our people or fund terrorism abroad.
