Please show me this documentation from the American government.

Also, this country and its government is resposible for increasing the life span of every person on the planet. Producing drugs that are given away to third world countries to help in combating disease, plague, and AIDs.

Its Red Cross helps more people in the world every year, than almost the rest of the world combined! These are facts, yet your buddy focuses only on the vague and unproven myths that sound suspisciously like the propaganda coming from pravda during the cold war.

Has this country made mistakes, certainly it has. But it also has a bill of rights allowing you to write what you have written, without the threat of being beheaded. If your good buddy Blum gets his way your fears of American tyranny (as off base as they are) will seem like a dreamworld compared to what the alternative is.
