Actually,neither "al nisa" nor "al nour" are the correct ones,both of them are wrong! it's in "Al-Ahzab..

"O Prophet, tell your wives and daughters and the believing women to draw their outer garments around them (when they go out or are among men). That is better in order that they may be known (to be Muslims) and not annoyed.And Allâh is Ever Oft­Forgiving, Most Merciful" (Qur'an 33:59) Surat "Al-Ahzab"

In Arabic"ya 3yoha al nabay,kol le azwagegk wa banatek wa nisa3 al mo3mneen yodneen alihon mn glabeebehn zalek adna an yo3rafn fa la yo3zayn wa kan Allah ghafouran rahima.."
