Caving in so craven

So, Jyllands-Posten has apologized for treading on hypersensitive Muslim toes. I'll bet, though, that whenever someone spoofs Christianity, Luther, Bugenhagen, or any figure of Denmark's Lutheran Christian heritage, any Christian who raises a protest will be dismissed as a humorless crank.

Frankly, should such a protest against cartoons critical of Islam happen in the United States, I will reverse some long-standing values I have held and side with those who advocate deportations. Should a Supreme Court Justice hold that Jyllands-Posten cartoons are akin to shouting fire in a theater, I will advocate his impeachment, subsequent trial for treason against the First Amendment, and public hanging when found guilty.
