muslim men..Reader comment on item: Bibliography – My Writings on the Danish Cartoon Controversy and the Rushdie Rules Submitted by Danish/American (United States), Feb 16, 2006 at 15:54 I just read an article about a female Turkish reporter getting stoned simply because whe did not have her head covered while reporting a protest. She was said to be 'sexually provocative' and was attacked by 30 men throwing stones and shoes at her.An Islamic organization is now filing charges against HER.I am having such a problem understanding this whole concept. Not wearing a scarf on the head of a female sexually provocative? This coming from people who follow a prophet who was married to a child under the age of 10? How can this even be logical? ...a grown woman cannot show her hair? ...the men of Islam cannot handle seeing the head of a female? ...
