in response to reader comment: Mohammad (PBUH) an Ultimate Leader of Islam

Submitted by PCMadness (New Zealand), Feb 15, 2006 at 05:05

Listen mate, you are free to practice whatever religion you like, but Mohammad was a mere prophet whereas Jesus who was around about 550 odd years before your beloved prophet was the son of God (ouch! was that a bit provocative for you) You see I believe something different. Does that mean I'm wrong or are you wrong?

The version of Islam that is mostly visible in todays world follows the Koran literally, still after all these centuries whereas Christianity has evolved with society. So with which religion do you associate beheadings, amputations, honour killings, flag burning, rioting, rape, degradation of women? Certainly not Christianity, we have come a long way from the barbarism your religion still displays today.

Before you even think of saying but those are not real muslims, they are, because they have the power over you. You moderate muslims are either too frightened to speak out against "the fundamentalists" or you agree with their cause (rid the world of the infidel), so which is it?
