If it is reasonable to tarnish the image of the worlds 1.5 billion muslims because of the evil actions of a very small minority then it is reasonable to also see the terrorists view, that all westerners are evil due to the actions of the minority of serial killers and rapists prevelant in the west, just for example. Bundy, Manson, Fred and Rosemary West etc etc.

It's easy to group all muslims as evil, but then it is even easier for muslims to continue to believe that we are inherently evil also.

I don't recall Muslims invading our lands and forcing Islam on us, not in my lifetime anyway, we cannot justify our presence in Muslim countries, we shouldn't be so far from our own backyard really. Muslims have more reason to hate us then we do them.

The western countries are undeniably anti-islamic in their various policies. Americans have a poorly educated understanding of Islam and believe they have an enemy within when the reality is America will never suffer form Islamic fundamentalism but from Christian extremism that is growing under our ignorant noses everyday. Currently there are some 3 million children homeschooled and the vast majority of them are from evangelical Christian families. American muslims are overwhelmingly state educated. You do the Maths.

Historically Christians have been the most oppressive religion the world has ever known. It was Christians who murdered the six million jews of the holocaust it was not Muslims. It was communist russians who butchered tens of millions of their own people, not muslims. Christian europe and america were responsible for the hundred million deaths of world wars one and two, not muslims. Christians slaughtered 15 million native americans, it wasn't the muslims. Christian america is the first and only country to use an atomic bomb, it wasn't the muslims. It was an American company responsible for the deaths of thousands and disfigurment of thousands more from the Union Carbide plant explosion in bhopal India for which it has never been bought to justice, it wasn't a muslim or arab company. Western Christian nations perpetuated the justification for slavery not Muslims.

We only need look at our history to see how we needlessly poke our nose into the affairs of people thousands of miles away from us. We support dictators just to later remove them and kill a nation in the process, we funded saddam, we funded the taliban, we are funding uzbekistan at the moment the president of which will no doubt be overthrown once his purpose has been fulfilled, we supported the oppressive shah, we interfere with latin america WE ARE THE TROUBLE MAKERS, IT'S HARD TO TAKE BUT IT IS TRUE.
