Why a 19 years old egyptian guy wants to marry?

I'm a 20 year old girl from Russia. This summer I worked in animation in Sharm-el-Sheikh and met a boy who also works in animation but in a different hotel. We started dating and he says he wants to marry me. He asked me to go to church and take a document which states that I'm Christian and have never been married, and after that we're supposed to get married at the Russian embassy in Egypt.

Right now I am at home and planning to go back to Egypt to work there again, but I know for sure he flirts and sleeps with other girls while I am in Russia. Well, actually, he did that even when I was in Sharm. On my last night there we met at a club, and next day he slept with a girl who was staying at the hotel he works in. She sent me some screenshot of the messages she had been receiving from him where he said he loved her and wanted to spent night with her again. I sent them to him, and he answered that these messages had been sent to her by his colleague who had taken his phone to joke (seriously?? lol). Later we had a video chat and he was crying and telling me how he regretted this and that he'd never do that again.

Sometimes we fight because he doesn't like it when I hang out with other animation guys. Once I posted a video of me and my colleague dancing, he was very bitter about that and in return posted a video of him with some girl. I said something like «go sleep with her then» and his response was «I can sleep with her but I won't because I respect you».

He is 19 years old, and I wonder why would he want to get married at such a young age? He took me to his home town to meet his family. His father had 4 wives but one of them (my boyfriend's mother) died. He says he doesn't want to have 4 wives and wants only one - me. What could he possibly gain from this marriage? He is only 19 and obviously hasn't got fed up with women's attention, what does he need from me?
