The Noble Koran tells followers of Allah and the Prophet Mohammad that it is fully acceptable to openly lie to any and all non-muslims if it helps the greater cause of islam.

Often muslim leaders would give a speech in English to a crowd of muslims, while Westerners were listening. Two minutes later would give a similar sounding speech in the native language of the muslims. The second talk had many key words and phrases that let the muslims hear the real meaning. This happened for many many years.
