Gaza's Not the Key, Philadelphi Is

One again, Mr. Pipes, you are so right, in my opinion! Israel had a chance to keep these weapons out of the Gaza and literally blew it for political reasons. Was it not Albert Einstein who said something to the effect that to keep doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result was insanity?

With Hamas in charge of the Gaza there is no chance for Israel's survival unless the people of Israel unite in strength, and not in weakness or continuing to believe false promises. Today the American president says Israel has a right to defend itself. What about tomorrow?

I rest my case! Lock and load and pray. Nothing's going to change here. Israel hopes America and even others will be there for her in the worst of times, but there is no guarantee. My grandpa put us kids in the next room whenever he answered the door on the farm, held a shotgun in the other hand and told us where to hide if there was ever trouble. True story! Everybody knew that about my grandpa, therefore, no trouble! That's real life!

You've nailed it!
