I was eating dinner at a nice place in the old city when a cook who hailed from Chicago told me about another killing by Israelis of an Italian humanitarian. "Like Rachel Corrie?" I asked. (How soon they forget their own martyrs!) This perversion of facts by those who are willfully blind is typical.
