Arafat was the Ummah's agent for secretly using the Palestinians as a constant enemy of Israel. The Qur'an and Islam does not permit any holding of "Muslim land by infidels" and will continue to force the conflict. Pipes' three conditions will accomplish, or be the result of, Islamic reform.
