Reader comment on item: Oklahomans Say No to Sharia

Submitted by Yoven (United States), Nov 19, 2010 at 15:49

Hello Dr Pipes & readers,

Shariah Law is a very dangerous, misguided, ambiguous, sexist & unfair code of Law. If Shariah Law becomes acceptable with US courts, that would open the door to all kinds of Religious Laws. I wonder what the Satanist would come up with to justify their actions! Secularism within US courts is what the world looks up at in their quest for modernity and transparency in the basic code of Law. If the US falls into the trap of the Shariah Law, Mankind is doom for auto-destruction as it is the USA which is in the forefront of keeping this world in somewhat order based on our Universal Principles of Secularism.
