Kerry is a man who changes his views depending on the audience. How can we trust a man when we don't know where he stands? Also, I don't think terrorism will ever just be a "nuisance". Just because pre Sept 11th many Americans were not living their lives in constant fear does not mean that terrorism was ever just a "nuisance", as Kerry wants it to be. Terrorism was always there, but Clinton did not let it be known.
Also, Kerry said that 9/11 did not change him at all, which is a terrible thing to admit. Innocent lives were lost, and he did not change at all? How dare someone who wants to run our country admit such a thing!
Daniel Pipes' article is clear, and it states the truth. Many people do not want to believe him, but they are the people who frighten me. How can one ignore facts just because one believes that Bush is wrong? It's beyond me.
I'd also like to point out that I'm not old enough to vote, but I wish I were. Every vote matters, and frankly I'm very frightened for what the world would be like if Kerry were to be elected.
