Reader comment on item: There Are No Moderates: Dealing with Fundamentalist Islam

Submitted by amoralis (United Kingdom), Sep 6, 2010 at 12:41

My teen age years were spent at the American Library in an underdeveloped country. During my youth, I worked side by side with Peace Corp. My work took me all over the world. I am retired. There is only one solution to Fundamentalism: West/US should stop installing and supporting stooges and let the indiginous people see that She is the friend of ordinary people and not the elite only. Allocate massive resources for Education and Health for those countries and manage it directly. There are still more than enough volunteers in the US to take up the challenge.
