please try to understand few things first---- how do you value your freedom of everything ( freedom of expression freedom of clothes ,freedom of religion etc... and see if your religion seems to be irrational then his can be more than yours) except those where you adjust with your partner.
he being pakistani have high probability that he is muslim.... they look handsome( because of mixed genes through history mostly hindus and afgans...turkis...and central asian ppl)... muslims may tell you that he is secular and respect ur freedom but after he gets in touch with his own society he will show different colors of life to you.... They are most rigid about religion islam( which hardly have respect for women)..... they can marry as man as wifes as they like after just saying " Talaq" 3 times to you.( n you are out of his life)....... my request to you is just respect your freedom and religion you wil feel better than submitting yourself to this guy.... u will end nowhere but in bed.... and if you are holding premanent residency card , he after aquiring the same will go back home and marry a veil laden( burqa,,,niqab) girl with muslim identity..... no matter what problem you will have right now just by distancing yourself from him... this would be the best decision of your life.....
