I think this man is a product of his culture, just as we all are products of our culture to a very great extent. Unfortunately, women are extremely disposable items to these men. Right now, you are his everything, but when it suits him, he won't even know your name and chances are good that he will move on to another woman, and ultimately to one of his own people.

I would be concerned that he has ulterior motives, such as getting your money and other possesions. I've read so many stories about these men wiping women clean financially and they refer to it as "business". After they've used you for all they can get, most likely they will marry someone of the family's choosing. They view you as a means toward financing their dream.

Least case scenario, he will use you for sex, then cut you loose when he tires of you or when his family begins to pressure him to marry the one they choose for him.

Best advice, let it go and cut communication with him, completely.
