after 52 years, it's not all that badReader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by Tetamalu (Jordan), Feb 23, 2010 at 06:18 I've been married to the same man for 52 years. He's a Palestinian Moslem, and a wonderful husband. He is a great father, and generous breadwinner! naturally we've had our problems, who hasn't, but they had nothing to do with culture or religion. We married as college students, with the knowledge that we would live in Jordan. I looked at it as an adventure, and it has been that! It's all in attitude, and what you yourself are willing to put into a relationship. Frankly, looking back, I am glad I was wise enough to make the right choice! Indeed it has been worth it. Yes, some are looking for a quick trip--anywhere. But believe it or not, mine refused the green card, or even US passport! you need to really know a person before you commit.
