Nobody wants to burst anyone's bubble but it will take MUCH longer than 6 months to see his true colours and this fact is posted about almost daily on here. Every woman thinks their Turk (or Egyptian or Moroccan etc) is different, I did too and so did many others. My Turk was not different and was in fact the biggest stereotype going, just hid it well. You didn't listen to anyone when you came on here the first few times and just thought us negative, and now you're back to say you've proved us wrong...but you can't tell in 6 months, sorry. Already you are talking about changing yourself and making concessions. What is he doing to meet you half way?? Is he learning about Christianity and your culture...or is his taking precedence over everything.
I really really hope that you have found something real, but I know Turkish men and I know how this usually ends, so please still keep your eyes open. I may seem negative to you, and I'm sorry, but I wish someone had been this honest with me instead of saying 'oh maybe you've got one of the good ones'. Stay vigilant.
