Amazed beyond credulity!
Reader comment on item: The Triumph Of the 9/11 Commission

Submitted by W.A. Tomlinson (United States), Jul 28, 2004 at 19:32

That it would take these, "great minds"... to come to this monumental revelation. Our enemies are those who believe what the Quran/hadith teaches. That it only took them just shy of three years to reach this conclusion! Amazing! Oh, we have some marvelous thinkers in anythe hierarchy of the United States government.

There are a few Americans who came to that same conclusion by around noon on September 11, 2001.

We may not altogether win the war immediately. But we can drastically reduce the foot soldiers of jihad by telling Islam on the whole, that we understand the doctrines of Islam. We understand that they believe they must bring all the world into submission and that all means are lawful in pursuit of said goal.

All of Islam is based upon fear. Were we to proclaim to them that we understand their goal as stated by their holy books, that we shall stand against them, there will be far fewer who join the mujahedin. When we tell them that we understand and we are watching, their ranks will shrink.

They are still outnumbered five to one. It is seen all over the world that they only attack their neighbor in the open, where they are a very high percentage of the citizenry. Where they are in a low percentage, they hide and butcher the helpless who are unaware of their presence until it is too late.
