Assalamu' Alaikum and Shalom Aleicum. May you be in the best of health.
Good article. Finally the truth about Islam in general is being spoken. Islam promotes totalitarianism. As any Muslim will tell you...the intent to promote totalitarianism is not within the Islamic Beliefs...it only occurs when an extreme religious position is taken. Well...I must say that Christianity is exactly the same. Christianity has placed itself in league with totalitarianism many times...and even today exerts tremendous coercion upon all the elected officials (and the population) of the United States of America. Our "Religious Right" would impose a dictatorship upon our Nation within the next ten minutes if it was able to do so. No public official in this country dares not to be a "Christian"....six states have laws prohibiting the holding of office by any but "believers". (Australia has had two "Atheist" heads of government. No harm done there.)
America is being falsely represented by our "Religous Right" in their overseas campaigns to spread their "beliefs". We are misrepresented by their actions. Horribly rude conduct in going into other Nations and calling their religious beliefs "Satanic"...for example.
Finally, the greatest single cause for our fight with "terrorists" today is the centuries old competition between Islam and Christianity for domination of the world with "their" religious beliefs. This competition has been going on for centuries...and for centuries it has caused war...and will continue to cause wars.
Both Christianity and Islam must eliminate this "domination" mandate from their beliefs. Both religions should "back off"...and promote their beliefs by "setting the example" of what they deem to be their way of life. Humanity will choose the religion that sets the best example for wisdom in life...and, if not coerced by force or threat of punishment, may well choose neither of these outdated beliefs.
The world only needs one simple rule...."If something is despicable to you, then don't do this to your neighbor". (Rabbi Hillel)
No, I am not Jewish. I am a Humanist.
Thank you for your kind attention. Keep up the good work. Christianity is everybit as dangerous as Islam....Judaism is not far behind, although its main emphasis is to unite the Jewish People. There are millions of fine people in all of these religions as well...but few realize what they are doing to our world in the way of causing wars.
