In response to your article which I appreciated greatly, I suggest someone in the West (somewhere) put forth a more rational (i.e. real) philosophy that proposes a different goal than to just beat the opposition into the ground. Find something other for them to believe in rather than becoming powerful and beating down the opposition.

Thank you for work on the Middle East and continued good wishes for your organization.
