The Triumph of the 9/11 Commission

When I read how long it took for Bush to speak the words "Islamic Militants" it reminded me of another closed minded Republican - Reagan - who refused to acknowledge the AIDS crisis 20 years ago. How many lives would have been saved if both of these men faced up to the truth earlier and left their personal and political feelings aside?
