MR. HOLBROOK UNFORTUNATELY PUT HIS TURKISH PLAN INTO EFFECT! GENERALS MUST GO! TSK MUST PROTECT KURDISTAN! KURDS MUST COME DOWN TO SEA VIA MERSIN; TURKISH CAPITALISTS MAKE LOTS OF MONEY.... PLAN IS IN IT SELF HARMLESS ! A GOOD ONE AT THAT! OH! BUT THE PEOPLE HE CONVINCED; AND AN UNCONVINCED TURKISH PUPLIC AND THE ARMY HE AND HIS COLONIES CAN NOT "PUT IN"; "PUT ASIDE" DOES HE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT HE HAS DONE?
