bangladeshi hindu independence

since, it is impossible for hindus and buddhists to live with safety, security and dignity anymore a conclusive step should be taken by all concerned to create a seperate land for minorities of bangladesh.
my proposal:-
1)settle all bangladeshi minorites in seven north bangladesh districts of dinajpur, thakurgaon, panchagarh, nilphamari, lalmonirhat, kurigram and rangpur with headquarter at rangpur.
2)the muslims should be driven out of the area.
3)the area should be merged with west bengal state of india to make them free citizens of india.
