Most of the things you say are correct in an ideal world, but we've had a few major changes here: 9/11,Bali, the USS Cole, Khobar Towers,etc. There are 6 million people in the USA who espouse Islam and the majority of them (70%) either practice Wahabbism or are sympathetic to the teachings of this very fundamental form of Islam. This is the same form of Islam that the Taliban and Terrorists embrace wholeheartly,the most extreme and the most violent. The preservation and integrity of our country is priority #1. ..
