21 Bomb Blasts in 48 Hrs! Does this answer the question ?

I hope Dr Pipes will reframe the question and include India in the same after Saturday 26th 2008 when India was rocked by 21 Bomb Blasts which were carried out by a new terror outfit calling themselves "Indian Mujahideen".
