Which has more Islamist terrorism, europe or america?

Dear Prof Pipes,

Statistics apart, one wonders if Muslims can be integrated in any non-Musim society for the simple reason that Islam being the best religion and others are either inferior or false. This aspect need be sorted out in an all faith conference. The point is can such a conference take place?
