Dear Prof Pipes,
Your interview with the Frontpage was really interesting
In India too there are leftists/apologists of Islam intellectuals who despise their own culture and admire others. But one good trend within Islam is that some Muslims have started questioning the very tenets of Islam very well knowing the risk invoved. I welcome the conferment of Nobel Prize to the Iranian Lady.I welcome the participation of a Canadian beauty at the Miss World contest and came as a runner up. Islam is indefencible and hence the resistance for an open debate. I have every hope that the students of Iran will take the lead in unmasking the clerics and pave way for a secure democracy.
I shall not tire of repeating that democratic freedom should not be used to subvert democracy and all that go with it.
The anonimity indulged in by the militants is degrading to say the least.
Regards, Sincerely, S.C.Panda
