Thank you for your clarity and insight. I have kept this #397 on my main page. I have to read it a couple more times to 'digest' it. (a sign of a well-written informative article, methinks!) I am printing out a few hard copies to hand out in the next few days to my 'friends' on the 'other side' of the 'fence'. (They wouldn't be exposed otherwise).
