I would like to know who is the US presidential candidate that Saudi Arabia give 10 million dollars!! Is this possible?

I would like to know who is the US presidential candidate that Saudi Arabia give 10 million dollars!! Is this possible?

Is this allowed by US constitution?

How his loyality to the US then be guaranteed. I wonder if he is not Barak Obama !!!

I am sure this could happen but indirectly through agents or brokers...
