Dear all,

There are alot of misundertanding about Islam, Islamism, muslim ... Firstly, Islam is not a Religion....or I would say it include "totalness".....It is a way of life.

A muslim is a person who submit s(Islam means submission ) to the Law of our creator. (ALLAH). This is the basic fundamental of our understanding.

We have our Quran which is our source of understanding about Islam and the Hadith (examples shown by our prophet Muhamad)....we strictly live by the law of our creator.

There is a big distinction between what people do and Islam ask of us....If we understanding Islam, we would not see oppression of our woman....Islam do not teach us to oppress woman as seen by many non muslims, for example, why woman is strongly discouraged to go out and work.....this is not oppression because it is the duty by man of the house, be it father, husband, brother.....to support the family. Woman has a role to play that is taking care of their children......they are not slaves....no husband can demand their wife to cook for them.....this is tradition not islamic.....wife will cook for their with love not by force.....woman should be chauffered driven.....womans honor is to be protected by men at all time. For example, prophet mohamad to us say "heaven is at the feet of our mother.". This is a very stong indication of how important is woman is Islam.

If you ask any muslim woman who followed gods law, they are very happy....unfortunately, some of the muslim women who do not understand Islam will say that they are being oppressed, even if the woman is educated. .

During the time where Islam flourishes, even the non muslim who lives under the syariah law are happy...This is only because the executors the law understand the Syariah law well.

Please read the right source about Islam and not to listen to people who think they know about Islam to comment, even is say they are muslim.....
