Bush continues the US State Deprtment's prolonged war of attrition against Israel. It is clear that no good for Israel can come out of this "peace" conference. It is also crystal clear that Bush's insistence on a Palestiniain state can only prove to terroriists that terrorisim works. And how is that supposed to benefit the US ?

The hypocrisy of Washington can only be matched by the cowardice of Tel Aviv. Here is a different appoach; the Knesset should exercise its right as the national Parliment to recall Olmert with a no confidence vote thus making the incompetent' PMs presence in Annapolis a nullity.
