A Comparison?

As an addendum to my previous remarks one can look upon the current Annapolis Meeting as a remake of the 1991 Madrid Conference which led to the same old same old ,and we can be sure there will be more interim declarations forthcoming.

Neither side is ready for peace, especially when victory is at hand with just a little more "time."
