This is an excellent article and hopefully will do a great service bringing attention to certain catrastrophe if action is not taken.
But surely you jest thinking America can avoid being blamed for the sins of others in the Middle East. We are at war with an enemy who can only win through propaganda. We can no more dodge being unjustly blamed for this damn dam than Bush can avoid being unjustly blamed for every problem imiginable in the daily lives of Americans by the present political Leadership here in the USA.
And why should the Iraqi political leadership take seriously a foundational problem of catrastrophic proportions when their American political "role models" , leaders of todays Congress, turn every problem of catastrophe proportion we face into a political football and punt it to the next generation.
