I'm a staff sergeant, Mohamed Haleem from Maldives Army. I'm here by complaining regarding my promotion. I have been told to Chief of army staff also that 7yrs i'm waiting without promotion..I have completed B.Tech during 2003 bechelor Degree..And i was gradutaed on 8th Nov 2003..After 3yrs of Full Service Still I cannot get any promotion..Now I'm going to Complete my Master Degree. in Electrical Engineering..The Question is those who has done Degree along with me..Their result is far more less than me..and those whofailed in Degree..they have got the promotion..

The problem is.in Maldivian Army they don't have any Military police..that I can complain for my rights..Those big Guns of Maldives National Deffence Force..they don't have sufficient Knowledge for to rule the Army..The Cod of Ethicks and the Rules and regulation has been developed year to year..but not followed..

I don't know what can I do! I want to serve my country as a blood of my Body! But these big guns They are too much selfish..
