The bird flu is just the least of it

The Palestinians never treat their waste fluids. They know it flows down the wadis to Israel, therefore they do not care.

The PA never took care of the Rift Valley Fever of the late nineties, which was the direct result of swamps of waste water.
The Arabs never sent a single plane to help out anyone in distress, such as the Tzunami victims.
And so on and so forth. The Arabs are not interested in anything but destruction of their surroundings. Look at Paris after a night out of North African Arabs.
