It appearing that the neither current American 46th Administrative Chief Executive has an enduring policy of dealing with actual permanent citizens and the efforts of those who are surrounding him are even are more contradictory to the health, safety and welfare to those who appear desirous of relocating here, how does anyone expect there to be any form of logical entry through any port of call when they are unable to demonstrate whatever control that the legal processes one afforded. It is unethical, illogical, illegal; but most importantly, right to the top echelons, they seem to have little concern for the impact that almost a year of no political acumen in reasonable governance is their lack of the rule of law in America.
That being said; if there is the lack of the rule of legitimate law by the current Federal Administration, where does anyone think protection by the law is coming from. All the current focus is how to commit the taxpayer largesse to an unending power grab and let the immigration issues land where they may. There's not enough money in the world, let alone in the United States; so really, what are they thinking? Anyone; anyone?
