Weapons to KSA

in response to reader comment: Trump strengthened two important axis

Dear Dr Pipes,

your reader anon painted a positive picture regarding US weapon deal with Saudi Arabia. Anon said that it is unlikely that KSA will use the weapons in the next twenty or so years and after that the weapons will be outdated. I am not in favor of any weapons be given to the groups in the world who are already too violent but perhaps there is a point in what Anon has said. If we can make money by selling useless machinery to Saudi Arabia that has some positive values. Saudis have no man power or expertise to maintain these weapons. Probably we will be maintaining the weapons for them.

I suggest that any money received out of any contract related to this arms-deal should be spent in strengthening Israel and the cause of democracy in the middle east.
