Reader comment on item: Blowback from Criticizing Trump

There is a serious flaw in the "never Trump" reasoning when the Supreme Court for the next 40 years is hanging in the balance. Other than nominating SC justices, the POTUS is nearly irrelevant to the damage the SC can do. Trump put out a list of conservative jurists he would nominate. Has Hillary put out a list?

While a registered Republican, I don't give a damn about the current GOP and will not donate to neither state nor national party, but from a conservative perspective, Trump on his worst day will be far better than Hillary on her best day.

Not voting for Trump is practically the same as voting for Hillary.

Conscience is one thing but irrational reasoning leads to ... in this case the destruction of America as we know it..
