An Agreed Definition

Reader comment on item: Terrorism Defies Definition

1. If we don't all have a definition in common then we aren't communicating when we use the word "Terrorism". So don't use it.

2. Terror implies fear. Actually, the acts we call "Terrorism" create more anger than fear. Maybe call it "Angerism", committed by "Angrists".

3. I have the correct and proper definition, but it doesn't help, for reason number 1, above:
Terrorism consists of Acts of War committed by NGOs.
