expiration date and ...?

"....My body has an expiration date, but I don't. I'm afraid I don't take very good care of either...."

'Either' implies choice of two. What was the second you were referring to? 'my body' was the first. Was it the 'I' in 'I don't'? So were you meaning you don't take very good care of your self?

One good way to look at each day is pretend you are looking back at it from a future self who has been given the chance to re-live it - and look at each moment with appreciation.
