Establish the Caliphate! It appears that this is underway at this point in history. The nation of Turkey is seeking to play a pivotal role in uniting the Islamic world (all sects) under one banner of Islam. The reviving of the Ottoman Empire plans to reel in the extremist/jihadists so as to tone down their violent forced conversions and persecutions of non-Muslims and western/secular societies. The thrust will be to establish Islam as the superior religion but still allow tolerance for non-Muslims - although the jizyah tax will remain in effect.

The Sufi sect will most likely assist in the development so as to help establish the form of "Moderate Islam" that is wished for by the societies who are plagued by the terror, violence and present-day religious persecutions perpetrated by the extreme fundamental followers of the Qur'an, Sunnah and Ahadith of Muhammad.
