What an irony! So many smart people - intellectuals like Martin Heidegger an eminent philosopher were members of Nazi party. Even Nobel laureate scientist Max Born who was Jewish was an admirer until he was targeted by the Nazis. Later he fled to USA with a little help from Einstein. He learnt e lesson.
